I wanted to paint Amy because of her personality and her appearance. I love it when people are not afraid to really show themselves without caring about what someone else thinks of them. After all, she looked "different" from the big crowd. But what is "different"? Who determines that?
Unfortunately she passed away too early, but she left behind a fantastic legacy.
